The client’s initial request was to have her old bathroom completely gutted so that she could start with a blank slate. We were able to do exactly that first removing all walls, cabinets and fixtures down to the studs. This allowed us to design the entire space from scratch while still maintaining some aspects of her old space such as tile around the tub area and shower base.
The existing bathtub was removed and replaced with the walk-in shower. A deep soaking tub was installed to provide maximum space for getting clean while enjoying your soak. The floors were replaced with new tile throughout the room.
The original vanity was removed and replaced with a new custom double vanity for extra storage space. The single mirror was replaced with new lighting fixtures for the vanity and single mirrors over each sink.
We were able to completely transform this small bathroom into an elegant space that maximizes every inch of space available. The hardest part of this project was working around all of the existing plumbing, but we were able to keep the cost down by using durable materials including tile and marble. The final result is something that our clients will enjoy for years to come!.
